Develop Professional Learning

As part of our commitment, Texas Center for Student Supports (TCSS) will provide tailored professional development and training for Education Service Centers (ESCs) supporting the Stronger Connections Grant (SCG) school district awardees.

Our focus is to establish and implement effective student support team structures through job-embedded professional learning, technical assistance, and coaching for the ESCs. The training platforms may include: Trainer of Trainers (ToT), online modules, or in-person sessions.

To ensure success, TCSS aims to enhance knowledge and skills in implementing the Student Support Program, provide high-quality training materials and resources, and deliver effective communication and support from the Texas Center for Student Support.
